Using Product Lookup improves response time to equipment service, minimizes problems in finding replacement parts, and satisfies all users in the value chain.
Using device specific capabilities, Product Lookup provides location based services, barcode and QR scanning capabilities, and other functions to get the data from the back office systems into the hands of the field service user.
With the preloaded data, Product Lookup users should start by searching for equipment “abc” and clicking on the results.
